Poor maintenance can lead to bad efficiency, increased running costs, increased co2 emissions, service call outs, higher repair costs, early equipment failure, lack of cooling/heating, bad smells and in extreme circumstances illness.

If you don't have your system properly maintained the chances are you will be requiring an urgent call out along with all the others that have not had theirs maintained, invariably you will end up paying a premium to any company that is available taking your chance that they are good and honest; like any industry not everyone is.
